Below is our sliding scale using the final price of the repairs:
$0 - $300 = 20%
$301 - $600 = 15%
$601 - $900 = 10%
$901+ = 5%
Agent shall charge a sliding scale supervisory fee of not more than 20% of total maintenance cost, as follows;
$0 - $250 = 20%
$251 - $500 = 15%
$501 - $1,000 = 10%
$1,000+ = 5%
